We are pleased to invite you to our wellbeing café at. Happening every Thursday morning unless otherwise stated, this will be a:

A safe, warm, wellbeing space where all are welcome to meet with others for:

• Cuppa & Cake
• Creative Time (optional)
• Companionship
• Comfortable space to sit and be

There’s no need to register, just drop in on the day. We look forward to welcoming you on Thursday mornings.

I came as my mum had dementia. I have now been supported through the deaths of both parents in a short period of time. It’s a safe space. I love the art and quizzes and the home made cake. For me it’s the best day of the week.
