At this Quiet Morning there will be an opportunity to draw away from the business of your Christmas preparations and to have space to reflect on Jesus and be refreshed. In Luke 1:26-38 the angel Gabriel surprises Mary and tells her she will give birth to a son and He will be called Jesus. Mary’s response was, “I am the Lord’s servant. May it be to me as you have said.”( Luke 1:38.) Mary’s yes altered the course of her life and the destiny of the world! Anne will give two talks looking at Mary’s yes and how we can discover inner peace, direction and joy as we prepare to celebrate Jesus’ birth.After each talk there is an opportunity for personal prayer ministry and two reflection times supported by Biblical handouts, a loop of photo images and gentle inspirational music. All fabulous ingredients to make a very special time out with Father-God!

Cost

The Quiet Day costs £15 per person and this includes hot drinks, home bakes and printed handouts.

There is a paid car park nearby at St Peter’s Multi-Storey car park. Bedford Street car park across the road is not suitable on this occasion, as it is only short-stay.
