Associate Minister Role
Permanent role, 37.5 hrs/week, £30k per annum. (Part time may be possible). Closing date 28th February 2025
For over twenty years, The Well Christian Healing Centre has been passionate about seeing people encounter the life-changing healing power and love of God. As a registered charity, we pray for healing with people of all faiths and none, as well as providing inspiring training and teaching events.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Minister to work alongside our Director of Ministry (DOM), who has led and developed The Well with dedicated teams over the last twenty years.
Your role will be to support the growth of our pioneering ministry and an exciting programme of events, both in our beautifully refurbished centre in Leamington Spa and online.
You will have the opportunity to develop and innovate creative prayer ministry, lead work alongside a dynamic team committed to our central vision and make a tangible difference in the lives of many guests from far and wide.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Ministry in pioneering and delivering prayer ministry
- Learn and capture the ministry practice developed over the last 20 years
- Develop targeted ministry specialisms under the guidance of the DOM
- Lead Quiet Mornings and support the delivery of a range of public-facing events
- Support, coach and equip volunteers in delivering ministry and events
