IF YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF PHYSICAL CONDITION OR ILLNESS, YOU ARE WELCOME AT THE WELL!
You may be someone who:
- Has a condition such as arthritis, back pain or migraine
- Is facing surgery or medical treatment
- Has a life-threatening illness, such as cancer
- Has a stress-related illness, such as anxiety or depression.
Maybe you have none of these and feel your condition is not serious – you are still welcome!
We pray for people of all ages but children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We pray for people of all faith backgrounds – and none.
We look forward to the privilege of praying for you at The Well.
On arrival you will be welcomed by a team member. We’ll explain how you will be prayed for and also how we will maintain confidentiality.
After a short wait, two or three of our team will pray for you in private. The session usually lasts about 30 minutes. At the end we will chat with you regarding options for follow-up prayer.
The Well is led by Rev Anne Hibbert. The prayer sessions are run by Christian volunteers from the area who have been trained how to pray with people for healing and who have the backing of their local church leaders. All our team have completed Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
We offer our prayer services for free at these sessions but as a charity, The Well is entirely dependent on donations.
At The Well we will offer to pray for you and ask Jesus to bless you. We ourselves do not have special powers – but we do believe in the power of Jesus Christ to heal people today.
WE WANT PEOPLE TO EXPERIENCE GOD’S HEALING AND WHOLENESS THROUGH THEIR ENCOUNTER WITH HIM.
The story of The Well began in June 2002. Anne Hibbert was sat in her friend’s garden, signed off work with laryngitis. It was in that unlikely situation Anne believes she heard God speaking to her. God said that He wanted Anne to set up a healing centre in Leamington Spa, that He was going to bring healing that will last, and that people will come from far and wide again to the town to receive this healing. God also said that the name of this centre was The Well
In February 2004, The Well opened its doors to the public for weekly ministry and has been open ever since.
We see so many amazing things. We hear of pain relieved, of complete physical healings where doctors can offer no explanation. We see people with deep inner needs healed and able to face life again. We want to see more!
In addition to the main prayer sessions we run many other events including Soaking and Resting Prayer and Training Courses in how to pray for healing, and conferences to resource and equip you.
If you wish to attend this session please book your place below and we will contact to to arrange an appointment.
