Pathway Through Nutrition
An Online Pathway Event
Led by Dr Sally Bell
Thursday 13th May, 10am to 12.45pm
Following Dr Sally Bell’s popular online ‘Pathway through Sleep’ events in March, some words came up again and again in the feedback: “Brilliant … insightful … informative … practical … easy to follow … encouraging …”
We totally agree! We are therefore delighted that Sally has agreed to return in May to share her expertise about eating well.
Dr Sally Bell is an NHS doctor who is passionate about helping people to get healthy and stay healthy using her Five Foundation approach to health. Sally runs a private clinic, offers webinars and runs retreats, acts as a health advisor to the British army and campaigns for good food to be accessible to all. She is also a Spirit-filled Christian who believes that Father-God is the Great Healer, who wants us to embrace life and live well!
Food is more than calories. It is information to our bodies, influencing the many processes that keep us healthy and disease-free.
With our body created to repair and be healthy, nutrition is one of the critical foundations that taps into this brilliance. But media messaging is often confusing and conflicting, focused on calorie restriction and low fat.
Join Dr Sally Bell, GP and lifestyle medicine expert, as she unpacks the importance of nutrition, equips you to make choices to promote health, and dispels the myth that all calories are the same.
