Our Speakers

Ruth Fazal is an internationally renowned violinist, worship leader and composer, who has traveled the world, sharing her music and bringing people into a deeper and more intimate relationship with Jesus. Since 2011 Ruth has been based in Israel.

Gil Pentzak is an Israeli Orthodox Jew, a linguist and the manager of Ulpan Aviv Hebrew language school. Gil has been trying to open a window into Judaism and Jewish life for Christians out of the belief that only through true relationship can we build bridges and stand alongside one another before our Father in Heaven.

Gil first began to work together with Ruth as her Hebrew teacher. Then, as they both recognised each other’s pursuit of God in their lives, they decided to share their conversations and their journey with others. Their desire is to model a relationship of mutual respect and honour, as Christian and Orthodox Jew, with God’s Word and truth at the centre as they share in conversation, worship and study together. Since 2014, Gil and Ruth have been meeting with groups and seeing God move in extraordinary ways through all that they share in conversation and in worshiping together.

About this Listening to God Teaching Day

We are delighted to welcome Ruth and Gil to lead these ‘Listening to God’ teaching events for The Well. The afternoon and evening events will follow the same programme, each providing a very special opportunity to learn about the Jewish perspective on healing. Ruth as a Christian, and Gil as an Orthodox Jew will take us on a lively and faith-filled journey into God’s Word about God’s healing power of Body, Soul and Spirit. They will also touch on the healing of the relationship that God is doing in these days between Jews and Christians.

Who are these events for?
  • Those who want to discover more about the Jewish perspective on healing.
  • Those who want to discover more about God’s promises for healing.
  • Those who want to experience the healing that takes place when Jews and Gentiles walk together.

Please note, we are restricted to a maximum of 100 attendees for each event.
