Zoom Meeting

Zoom in for two new Online Well Quiet Mornings!

Ask, Seek and Knock

Thursday 4 November (10am-12.45pm) repeated on

Saturday 20 November (10am-12.45pm)

Led by Rev. Anne Hibbert

The autumn is here! God’s heart of love yearns for us to journey well through the rest of 2021 with a deeper awareness of His presence and all His resources which are freely available to us. But how do we access all this? A clue is in Jesus’ words in Matthew 7:7-8 when He describes prayer as ‘Ask, Seek and Knock’.

During this Quiet Morning Anne will put into context Jesus’ teaching here in Matthew 7. When Jesus encourages His followers to ‘ask’ and they will ‘receive’, does this mean anything? What happens when our prayers are not answered? This event is for those who want to explore prayer and God’s provisions/resources and those who have run out of inner resources. This Quiet Morning will give you an opportunity to rest and reflect in God’s presence, as well encouragement for the journey ahead.

Members of the Well’s Prayer Team will be offering short 10-minute online prayer appointments.

There will be no charge for this event, but if you would like to give The Well a donation then that would be great!

Comments from Guests who attended our Quiet mornings recently.

I was surprised how easy it was to engage with God through Zoom! I loved all the photos that Anne used in her talks as well as in the reflective times. Thank you to all the Team for such a special and inspirational morning. God bless you all.

“Thank you so much for a very enlightening and uplifting morning. We are feeling very blessed.”

“Loved the teaching and time out with the Lord today. Thank-you very much, hoping to join with you on another occasion.”

Thank you for the Holy Spirit led prayers. I forgot to mention some things to the prayer team but they prayed for those things anyway! So thank you for their sensitiveness to the Spirit.
