We much prefer it if people can book in advance. We've provided a booking form for you to download.

Please Right click here with your mouse and choose 'Save Target As ...' to download a copy to your computer.

If you include an email address on your booking form we will acknowledge your booking. If you want written acknowledgement then please include a Stamped Addressed Envelope.

The last date for bookings is 17th July 2009.

Tickets can be picked up on the door on the Friday evening, or whenever your first attendance at the conference is.
