Celebrating 11 Years!

6 February 2015

This week we celebrated 11 years of public ministry. We continue to praise God for His faithfulness, healing power and provision. As a Team we gathered on Wednesday afternoon to praise God and to pray into our future. Liz made a delicious cake to help us celebrate! During our time together we looked over past newsletters and read out various headlines. It was a moving experience reminiscing and remembering some of the many healings, as well as the challenges we faced.

This week we were delighted to hear another story of healing, from a Guest who came for prayer at the Well. Here is her story:

I have been suffering from headaches most days. I usually wake up with them. I went to the Pump Rooms for prayer one afternoon recently. I had woken up with a headache that day, and it had just got worse through the day. While I was sitting there waiting for the Prayer Team to call me, my headache started to lift. It was so peaceful. When I went for prayer the headache disappeared. I haven’t had any since. Thank You, Lord!

At the moment we are supporting a number of Guests who are receiving treatment for cancer. They are all in very different situations. For each we pray in faith for God to meet them at their deepest point of need. We hold onto these verses in Matthew 8:17 “This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah: He took up our infirmities and bore our diseases.” It is such a privilege journeying with our Guests as they undergo treatment.

Currently, I am preparing for our two Father-Heart Quiet Days in March. For me receiving more of the Father’s love in my heart changed my life back in 2000. So I can’t wait to see what Father-God will do through these two Quiet Days. I close by quoting one of my favourite verses which I think you can dine out on for days!

“How great is the love the Father has lavished on us that we should be called children of God” (1 John 3:1); and that is what we are!

We produce a quarterly newsletter. We send copies by post for those who want them.
However, many of our supporters prefer to download their own copy from the site.
